Speaking of japanese food
this is one of my favorite! Shabu Shabu is what they call it, it has lots of
ingredients mixed together. It consist of vegetables that is matched
with either meat or seafoods. My first stop in one of the shabu shabu
restaurant, just by looking at their menu you will feel the excitement
to taste it. First they will serve you big plates that has raw
ingredients according to what you have ordered. I've tried meat, they
serve thin sliced meat and sliced vegetables.

This is what it looks like when they serve you the ingredients. It also has some sauce for dipping of meat if you want to. Some serve it separately.
At the center of the table is where the boiling water is. Slowly put the ingredients and you can just eat it
in a minute. The meat is so tender and because it is thin sliced, it is
easily cooked. Afterwards,you can just transfer it in a soup bowl to just
enjoy it. What's also fun about it is you're the one who will cook and serve it for yourself :)
